the augmented reality.
Thanks to the smartglasses, the assistance sees what the client sees, so as, it provides the perfect instructions to solve the most complex problems, even by using the
above-mentioned augmented reality.
The remote assistance service cuts the travel cost and allows to save thousand of euros every year.
Smart Assistance provides the customers with faster interventions than the traditional face to face assistance, thus decreasing significantly the downtime.
Having machines which are always perfectly running, ensures a significant increase in the plants productivity in the long term.
More than 95% of the common machine malfunctions are easily solved by the remote assistance.
