En ambos casos, la autoridad competente para emitir y gestionar las pegatinas es el <strong>SAT (Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria).\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Su funci\u00f3n va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la simple certificaci\u00f3n de cumplimiento fiscal. De hecho, constituye un sistema <strong>unitario de trazabilidad<\/strong>, en el que cada marca individual identifica una botella espec\u00edfica, certifica su origen, productor y contenido alcoh\u00f3lico, y la conecta en tiempo real a la base de datos SAT. La reproducci\u00f3n del mismo folio en varias botellas constituye una infracci\u00f3n conforme al <strong>art. 86-B fracc. Se mantiene, adem\u00e1s, el requisito de que la empresa demuestre haber utilizado, durante el a\u00f1o anterior, <strong>al menos 100,000 marbetes f\u00edsicos<\/strong> correspondientes a productos El flujo siempre es este: la empresa solicita los folios del SAT a trav\u00e9s del portal Mi Portal, los recibe en formato digital y los transmite al convertidor como datos variables para incorporar
